2. Products & Services

  • Physical Products: Items like mugs, phone cases, journals, posters, etc., are fulfilled and shipped by third-party production partners. Product appearance ,delivery timelines and prices may vary depending on your location, production facility, and shipping availability.
  • Digital Products: Ebooks, digital journals, templates, and coloring books are delivered instantly via download links upon successful payment. Ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive the files.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • Prices are displayed in INR for India (www.kaamyaa.com) orders and in USD(global.kaamyaa.com) for international orders.
  • Prices may vary slightly based on location, taxes, and supplier-based adjustments.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes or currency conversion fees based on your location.
  • Customers are responsible for any conversion fees, customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
  • Kaamyaa reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Order & Fulfillment

  • Orders are confirmed via email.
  • Physical product fulfilment is managed by our trusted manufacturing and logistics partners.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistics or customs issues.
  • For digital products, ensure your email ID is entered correctly to receive your download link.

5. Returns & Refunds

Physical Products

Returns or replacements are eligible only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Conditions:

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
  • Returns are accepted only after approval from our support team.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit.
    Cash refunds are not offered unless required by law or if a replacement is not possible.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Wrong size selected by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and website processing fees are non-refundable.
  • If return pickup is arranged by Kaamyaa, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Customers must bear return shipping costs in all applicable situations.
Digital Products
  • Due to their downloadable nature, digital products are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued only if the file is corrupted or inaccessible.

6. Color Disclaimer

Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or printing techniques. These are not considered valid reasons for return

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and digital files on this site are the property of Kaamyaa. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kaamyaa is not responsible for:

  • Losses resulting from delayed deliveries
  • Courier or logistics errors
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Third-party system failures
  • Misuse of digital or physical products

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount of the product in question.
