  • Prices may vary slightly based on location, taxes, and supplier-based adjustments.

4. Order & Fulfillment

  • Physical product fulfilment is managed by our trusted partners.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Physical Products:
    • Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Returns accepted only upon confirmation from our team.
    • Refunds will be issued as store credit; cash refunds are not offered unless a replacement is unavailable.
    • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
    • Wrong size selected by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and website processing fees are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit if pickup is arranged by us.
    • Customer must bear shipping costs in all situations — the same policy applies to exchanges.
  • Digital Products:
    • Non-refundable due to their downloadable nature unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible.
