1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 4 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations are not allowed.
2. Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes, if your product is damaged, defective, or misprinted — and you report the issue within 24 hours. Personalized or customized items and digital downloads are non-returnable.
3. I selected the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
T-shirts are eligible for exchange in case of fitting issues, as long as they are not customized. If the item is customized or the wrong size was ordered by the customer, exchange or return is not allowed. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.
4. How will I receive my refund?
We issue store credit valid for 90 days. Refunds are not given in cash.
5. Will I be reimbursed for return shipping?
No. If we arrange pickup, the cost is deducted from your credit. If you ship it, you must cover the courier charges.
6. Why does my product color look different from the images online?
Slight color variation may occur due to screen differences, lighting, or printing processes. This is not considered a defect.
7. What if I don’t receive my order?
