Because your purchase is custom-fulfilled by our trusted partners, we follow a clear and fair returns policy designed to protect both you and the integrity of our small business.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed only within 4 hours of placing the order. (counted from the time of order confirmation). After this window orders typically enter production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@kaamyaa.com with your order ID and reason.
✅ Eligibility for Returns / Replacements
Return / Replacement Eligibility You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong product, size, or major color variation).
- You received a product that is significantly different from the product description or preview.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Incorrect size ordered.
- Digital products (unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible).
- Minor color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen display — slight variations are natural and not considered defects.
- Customized / personalized items (unless they are materially defective).
- Color shifts due to print technology or material texture — check our Instagram product videos for better material reference.
⏱️ Return Request Timeline
You must email support@kaamyaa.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Your email must include:
- Clear photos showing the issue (damage/defect/misprint)
- Mandatory unboxing video
- Your order ID
- A brief description of the problem
Requests made after 24 hours are not accepted unless an exception is approved by Kaamyaa.
🔹 After You Submit a Return Request
If the request is made within the allowed window and meets our eligibility:
- Our team reviews it for approval.
- Once approved:
- If pickup is available in your PIN code, we will arrange it.
- If not available, you must ship it back within 2 calendar days using a trackable courier in original packaging.
🟢 If the defect or error is verified:
- Kaamyaa will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
🔴 If the issue is due to customer error (wrong size, incorrect order):
- The customer must bear all return shipping costs.
🛠 Inspection & Processing
- Once we receive the item, our fulfillment partner inspects it (within 7 business days).
- If approved, store credit will be issued within 3 business days.
- You will be notified by email.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all packaging intact
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued as store credit valid for use on kaamyaa.com only. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- Store credit will be issued as an account credit or coupon code and applied at checkout.
- Cash refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable law or where Kaamyaa determines a refund in cash is necessary and approved.
- Shipping charges , Payment Gateway Charges, website processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Customers must bear return shipping costs for exchanges or non-defect returns.
Domestic Orders
We partner with verified fulfillment suppliers. Returns and replacements are handled by the respective fulfillment center based on your location. All quality checks and resolutions are coordinated in collaboration with these partners.
Refunds
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued as store credit.
